Color
All of my pieces are photographed color accurate so the color you see is
the color you get (subject to monitor color calibration).
Are your pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?
Even though they are dishwasher safe, they would prefer a caring hand wash.
Be aware that some pieces may get hotter than expected in the microwave because of
the clay or glaze compositions.
Mixed media pieces are NOT microwave or dishwasher safe.
Shipping
All orders are proudly shipped and insured through the USPS.
Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped within 2 business days after they are placed. USPS will normally deliver your package between 2 to 4 business days after that, with tracking available upon shipping.
If the USPS tracking system shows that your package was delivered and you didn't get it, there is nothing I can do.

Packaging
In order to reduce the trash on our beautiful planet, I try to reuse as much packaging material as possible. So if you a get a package from me and the box is a coffee maker, don't get too exited!
When you open the package, you will find an invoice specifying your purchase. Make sure you carefully check the contents since some purchases that include 2 or more parts could be wrapped separately.
Damage during shipping
If the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the package with pictures of the damage and the original packaging. Since every piece is different, I won't be able to replace it exactly, but I'm sure we can make it right.
Cancelations
Please make sure when you shop that you are happy with your purchase. After the item is shipped there are no cancelations.
Care
Any pieces that require special care will be specifically noted.
Do you sell wholesale?
Wholesale availability will be noted in product descriptions.
Can I buy more than one of the same piece?
My pieces are one of a kind, but some are available in sets.
Is your work food safe?
All tableware pieces are food safe unless otherwise noted.
Do you do custom orders?
No, sorry.
Do you ship international?
At this moment I only ship to all 50 states of USA.
Do you have returns & exchanges?
NO, sorry. All sales are final.
